Study Groups
This course may prove deceptively easy. It is not. Consequently, you might find it worthwhile to study on a regular basis with a classmate.
Exercises
You will be assigned exercises periodically. But you ought to test your understanding of the course more frequently. You might consider using the questions at the end of each text chapter for this purpose. Exercises must be submitted by 6 PM of the date indicated. You must submit a hard copy, leaving it in the mailbox of the course's TA (name to be announced ASAP). Exercises submitted after the due date and time will not be accepted.
Exams
Two hour-long class exams will be scheduled in conjunction with class preferences. The content of these optional exams will be limited. In contrast, the final examination will be comprehensive as well as compulsory. The final grade will be calculated as a weighted average of exams taken as well as the homework assignments.
Prerequisite
Students who are registered for the intermediate micro course without the introductory micro prerequisite should consider dropping out.
